Every Spine Breaks – ESB – 5.7% ABV
A fitting name for the work it took to get here, we even labeled our fermentation tanks cervical, thoracic and lumbar in memorial of all the discs we lost along the way. ESB is an English Ale, similar to an American Pale, with a combination of gently spicy hops and biscuity malts that combine to create a perfect beer for a late-summer break.
Red Headed German – Irish Red Ale – 4.7% ABV – 22.5 IBU
KCK is a prime example of the America Melting Pot – just like one of our owners Ben! We brewed this beer in that “melting pot” spirit; an Irish red grain bill, American and German hops and German ale yeast. Top o’ der morgen to ya!
