ESB – 5.7% ABV
A fitting name for the work it took to get here, we even labeled our fermentation tanks cervical, thoracic and lumbar in memorial of all the discs we lost along the way. ESB is an English Ale, similar to an American Pale, with a combination of gently spicy hops and biscutity malts that combine to create a perfect beer for a late-summer break.
