We started brewing in the kitchen of Larry’s early 1900s farmhouse in – you guessed it – the sunflower state. What better way to turn that history into beer than Kansas Malting Company grains, sunflower seeds in the mash, and sunflower petals in place of aroma hops? The perfect beer for a hot summer’s day!
